The weft density of conventional similar fabrics is 44, which is the limit. This fabric has 53 weft yarns.

Conventional looms cannot achieve such a high density. The looms imported from Toyota, Japan, are slow in yarn paralleling and difficult to weave. In all of China, only our studio has been able to restore the pressure, compactness and texture to the same grade as retail.
