The fabric is woven with high-density double-ply yarn and weighs 420g/m². Pre-shrinkage with an enzyme wash effectively controls shrinkage and enhances dimensional stability. 
Imported digital direct-printing equipment outputs the pattern at an ultra-high 1200dpi resolution. Combined with six-color nano-ink penetration technology, the "lace pants" element is precisely injected between the canvas yarns, achieving micron-level positioning. Finally, a UV curing and silicone oil softening treatment imparts a three-dimensional relief-like texture to the pattern, while also ensuring excellent washability and abrasion resistance.
