The fabric is custom-woven and custom-dyed 2/2 bias recycled nylon, and the color is perfect. We only work with fabric mills that can show recycled nylon certification.
The shirt features six three-dimensional patch pockets, each with a double-layer construction. Each flap is then finished with two bar tacks. Furthermore, unlike traditional shirts, the front placket is not cut. This results in a significant amount of material consumption during cutting, with this shirt using 1.9m of material, a significant amount for a short-sleeved shirt
